This is our 3rd Glo E light up Honey Bear, the first two having lasted about 6-9 months each. Previously something was happening to the wire connection in the paw where you push to turn on. In any case, my son loves this bear and so we buy another when one goes out. Also each time we have gotten a new one, the fur on the bear has been softer, with the last one being a different fur material all together. The point of this review is to let folks know that they appear to have addressed the problem with the wiring in the paw at the turn on switch. It feels much more stable and better protected. This has been a wonderful find as my child entered his "afraid of the dark" years, and has allowed us to keep the lights off at bed time and through the night.
