Hobby Spray Booth: 16.5"W x 13.5 H x 19" D Review

I received one of these for Christmas, but never got the chance to use it because the retractable cord broke the first time I tried it. This gave me a good chance to look the product over though and what I saw wasn't impressive.

A spray booth that folds up into a small portable case that is easily stored really appealed to me. Unfortunately for this product the whole thing is made out of cheap plastic and I got a real sense that the folding hood, though clever, wouldn't stand for more than a few setups and breakdowns. That is unless you're very careful and even then I have my doubts. The work area itself isn't very generous, but for small scale items it's adequate.

But here's the real kicker and the hobbyists out there should take note:

For my hobby, a spray booth that cannot handle flammable paints is a non-starter.
