Highly detailed 1/144 scale assembly model kit of the Boeing B-29 Superfortress, a four-engine propeller-driven heavy bomber flown primarily by the United States Air Force during World War II and the Korean War. Nicknamed the "Superfortress", the B-29 was a highly advanced bomber slated to replace the legendary B-17 "Flying Fortress". The B-29 was one of the largest aircrafts to see service during the Second World War, and the type was best known for delivering the atomic bombs that destroyed Hiroshima and Nagasaki. Over 3,900 B-29s were built, and unlike many other bombers of World War II, the B-29 remained in service long after the war ended. This Minicraft 1/144 scale assembly kit features 3 optional markings that include two WWII aircraft and a B-29A operating over Korea during the Korean War.

This is a great kit to build for the beginner. The size is just right to display in your room without overtaking it. It's easy to build and it looks realistic. The only parts I didn't like is that it didn't include a cockpit interior and the propellers look fake.
