I bought this for my husband-a car nut and kid at heart. He still loves to build with legos, and he was very happy with this gift. He opened the box the day I gave it to him and had it assembled in two or three days. I'm sure it would take a child a good amount of time to assemble (and make the price more worth it). These cars are really neat. There are many features that you can manipulate once the car is built. It is quite large and we currently don't have any place to keep it except on top of the fridge. These (like many other legos) are not sturdy enough to play with after it has been built.
